Cacao criollo
Venezuela was not only the place where providence arranged for the first Criollo cocoa seed to be born, also known as “extrafine cocoa”, but it is also the place where it is best produced.
El SUR DEL LAGO It is characterized by being the only region in the world where this is produced and harvested. Cacao Criollo, a species recognized worldwide for its organoleptic properties, its aroma, its sweet flavor and its texture, which are completely different from other varieties of cocoa on the entire planet.
